Founded in Jersey City, New Jersey, Jersey City Ballet Theater is a professional civic company presenting both classical and contemporary ballet works. Our partnerships with artists and businesses across the region strengthen our community through creativity and collaboration.

Now in our 11th year, we continue to inspire audiences with accessible, engaging performances that appeal to both newcomers and seasoned ballet lovers. Our growing repertoire and collaborations, such as with the Garden State Philharmonic, reflect our mission to keep ballet relevant, inclusive, and alive.

Jersey City Ballet School provides exceptional training led by faculty certified in ballet pedagogy from renowned institutions including the Bolshoi Ballet Academy and American Ballet Theatre.
