Laurel Mangini is a dynamic professional and arts leader with a strong background in both corporate collaboration and the performing arts.

At ADP, she serves as a Collaboration Program Manager, driving enterprise-wide initiatives that strengthen communication and teamwork. Laurel currently serves as Treasurer of The Junior League of Philadelphia and has held prior leadership roles as VP of Fundraising and Chair of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging. She also sits on the Board of Trustees for Dance New Jersey, supporting statewide dance advocacy and education.

Laurel’s ballet background includes training and performances with The Royal Danish Ballet, Ballet Adriatico, Joffrey Ballet School, Jacob’s Pillow, Jersey City Ballet, Ballet Inc. and more. She is also the co-founder of the contemporary dance collective, The Rogue Dancers.
